Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Video Designer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually engaging content across print and digital media enhancing our brand identity and supporting various internal and external communication efforts You will also work on video editing and production to showcase company initiatives and events Key Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for print and digital platforms including brochures banners social media posts and presentations Develop visually compelling video content for social media internal use and external communications Create infographics pitch decks and presentations to simplify complex ideas and data Ensure all design work is aligned with the brand identity and contributes to a positive brand image Collaborate with cross-functional teams including internal departments and the board of directors to support communication needs Develop essential business materials such as reports proposals and visual assets for corporate use Edit short videos and clips for social media platforms event coverage and promotional purposes Produce creative video content to highlight company projects initiatives and milestones Work independently taking ownership of creative projects with minimal guidance Effectively manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting Support the development and implementation of communication strategies and campaigns Provide technical assistance related to design and video production including formatting file conversions and troubleshooting Optimize all design and video content for maximum engagement on social media platforms Maintain a well-organized library of visual assets and assist with content organization and archiving Perform additional design or media-related tasks as assigned by management Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer Video Editor or similar role Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects InDesign etc Strong understanding of visual design principles typography and branding Knowledge of video editing motion graphics and post-production techniques Ability to simplify and translate complex information into clear and impactful visuals Strong time management and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively or independently Experience with social media content creation and optimization is a plus Portfolio demonstrating graphic and video design work is required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 125 488 87 - 561 205 57 per year Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Kochi Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience total work 2 years Required Design 2 years Required Work Location In person
