Job Title Quality Production Maintenance Engineer Department Engineering Manufacturing Location Insert Location Reports To Plant Manager Operations Head Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Production and Maintenance Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations ensure product quality and maintain equipment efficiency The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities implementing quality control systems and executing preventive and corrective maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure consistent output Key Responsibilities Production Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets Ensure productive use of materials machines and manpower Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the production process Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques Maintain accurate production records and reports Quality Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards Inspect materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions Conduct internal audits and support external quality audits ISO etc Train staff on quality standards and best practices Maintenance Schedule and execute preventive maintenance for all machinery and equipment Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns in a timely manner Maintain maintenance logs and ensure spare parts availability Ensure safety standards and compliance with maintenance-related regulations Coordinate with vendors for servicing and equipment upgrades Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with CNC PLCs and industrial automation Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical electrical issues Strong communication and team collaboration skills Data analysis and reporting capability using MS Excel or relevant software Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 16 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
