Administration and Maintenance Configure maintain and troubleshoot the VMware vRealize Automation platform and related components including vRealize Orchestrator vRO vSphere and NSX Monitor and optimize the vRA infrastructure to ensure high availability performance and scalability Should be able to manage the vRA based issues end to end and document every detail for smooth operations Automation and Workflow Development Design implement and maintain automated workflows and blueprints using vRA and vRO Create and manage service catalog items approval policies and governance rules Integration and Customization Integrate vRA with third-party systems e g ServiceNow Ansible Puppet Terraform Develop custom scripts e g PowerShell Python to enhance automation and integration capabilities Support and Troubleshooting Provide technical support for issues related to vRA vRO and associated VMware products Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents and implement changes Documentation and Training Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture designs operational procedures and workflows Provide training and knowledge sharing to team members and end-users
