Key Responsibilities Designing and implementing visually appealing displays including store layouts product arrangements and window displays to attract customers and showcase the boutique s merchandise Engaging with customers providing product information assisting with purchases and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience Staying informed about current fashion trends and design preferences to create relevant and appealing displays Ensuring displays are well-maintained clean and organized and that promotional materials are current and effective Gathering feedback from customers and sales staff about the effectiveness of displays and making adjustments as needed Assisting with inventory management ensuring displays are stocked appropriately and potentially helping with reordering Having a positive understanding of garment technology the production process and current fashion trends to effectively design and promote merchandise Effectively communicating with customers team members and potentially vendors about design concepts product information and sales strategies Skills Strong visual design skills and creativity Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service Knowledge of fashion trends and design principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Organizational and time management skills Basic computer skills e g for inventory management Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
