Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner for a 3-month contractual engagement The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision manage the product backlog and ensure successful delivery of client-focused solutions Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and roadmap Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with business objectives Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery Act as the primary liaison between clients internal teams and external partners Conduct sprint planning reviews and retrospectives Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics Ensure alignment with staff augmentation goals and client expectations Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT services environment Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Scrum Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Experience working with staff augmentation models is a plus Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Trello or similar Contract Details Duration 3 Months Start Date Immediate Compensation Monthly Work Mode On-site Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 3 months Pay 50 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
