We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing work across social media graphics reels ad creatives video editing website banners and image editing You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand strategy and drives audience engagement Key Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for social media posts stories and reels Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc Develop visually compelling advertising creatives for campaigns Google Ads Facebook Instagram Ads etc Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns Create website banners hero images and edit website-related graphics Retouch resize and optimize images for web and social platforms Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs Stay updated with design trends platform updates and industry best practices Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field preferred 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design preferably in a marketing or agency setting Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro After Effects Experience with video editing and motion graphics Understanding of social media formats aspect ratios and trends Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for composition and color Familiarity with Canva Figma or similar tools is a plus Preferred Basic knowledge of UI UX or web design is a bonus Experience with animation tools like Lottie Adobe Animate is a plus Photography or videography skills are a bonus What We Offer Creative freedom and opportunity to work on diverse projects A team-oriented and supportive team environment Growth opportunities in design and creative strategy Competitive salary based on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Work Location In person
