Required Skills Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in software testing with at least 1-2 years in chatbot voicebot testing Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Virtual Agents Yellow ai Kore ai Or other similar platforms Solid knowledge of chatbot testing metrics intent accuracy precision recall conversation success rate escalation rate etc Experience testing bots on multi-channel platforms web mobile apps WhatsApp and social media channels Ability to design and execute test cases test scenarios and test suites Familiarity with automation testing tools e g Selenium Appium Postman or any chatbot testing automation frameworks Proficiency in using tools for test management and defect tracking e g JIRA TestRail Zephyr Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good to Have Experience with API testing for chatbot backends Knowledge of CI CD pipelines and integrating test suites into build pipelines Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring chatbot performance Exposure to scripting languages Python JavaScript for automation is a plus
