- Engage with retail customers to explain the car-buying and selling process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers across the region.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in direct/hardcore sales.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience or familiarity with the automobile industry is a plus.
- Good understanding of car dealership networks and used car market dynamics.
- Ability to build rapport with dealers and encourage participation in online auctions.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
