- Manage RC transfer processes efficiently.
- Conduct RTO visits and provide timely updates to internal teams regarding delayed cases.
- Demonstrate strong skills in system operations to streamline workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge for data management and reporting.
Who are we looking for
- 1+ years of experience in Customer service/operations preferably from the Automobile Sector
- Basic understanding of RTO procedures.
- Comfortable using systems.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.
- Must work from the office.
