Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated MS CRM Consultant to work on Microsoft CRM solutions, supporting business processes and client requirements. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing CRM solutions to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

CRM Implementation & Support:

- Work on Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Support client teams in understanding and optimizing CRM processes.
- Assist in data migration, workflow automation, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Consulting & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices for CRM processes and system usage.
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Support post-implementation activities and ensure system stability.
