Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and build architecture solutions for high-scale data processing platforms.
- Define, communicate, and enforce technical standards across the development team.
- Assess existing platform implementations and recommend improvements to meet business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical vision and execution steps.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders on process improvements, policy updates, and customer experience enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and provide support for non-production and production issues.
- Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and generate effective solutions.
- Build communication and rapport with partners, stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams.

6-9 years

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, or DevOps (preferred but not mandatory).

Skill Set Required:

Must have:

- Core Java (8+)
- Spring Boot
- REST API Development
- DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Automation, etc.)

Nice to have:

- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
