- We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to sell insurance products through our bank branches. You will be responsible for driving insurance sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving set targets.
- Sell life/general insurance products to bank customers
- Work closely with bank branch staff to generate leads
- Educate customers on suitable insurance products
- Provide post-sales customer support and policy servicing
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans
- Collaborate with branch staff to generate business
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewal
- Maintain sales MIS and documentation.
