Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an One Identity Senior Engineer where youll leverage your expertise in One Identity PAM to enhance our infrastructure security With a focus on Property Casualty Insurance youll work in a hybrid mode ensuring seamless operations during day shifts Your contributions will drive innovation and efficiency impacting both the company and society positively Responsibilities Candidate should have 8 to 10 years of experience on One Identity Should have experience in installation and configuring the One Identity Should have experience in onboarding of the Database Active Directory and SAP based applications in One Identity Defining and managing the roles in One Identity Configuring the SoD in One Identity Developing Enhancing the workflows in One Identity Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills ability to work independently and collaboratively Implement and maintain One Identity PAM solutions to ensure robust security across our infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing systems enhancing overall security posture Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes Develop and document best practices for PAM implementation and maintenance ensuring consistency and reliability Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PAM-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and disruption Conduct regular audits and assessments of PAM systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for PAM solutions Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PAM technologies applying this knowledge to improve our systems Train and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise in PAM and related technologies Work closely with the Property Casualty Insurance domain experts to tailor PAM solutions to industry-specific needs Ensure seamless integration of PAM solutions within the hybrid work model supporting both on-site and remote operations Contribute to the development of security policies and procedures aligning them with PAM best practices Drive innovation by exploring new PAM features and functionalities proposing enhancements to existing systems Qualifications
