Key Responsibilities 1 Operations Production Management Plan direct and monitor manufacturing activities to meet production targets and delivery schedules Oversee the maintenance of production equipment machinery and factory facilities Ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency quality and cost control 2 Strategic Planning Execution Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals Forecast future production needs based on market trends and sales input Evaluate plant performance and implement strategic initiatives for growth 3 Quality Compliance Ensure adherence to ISO BIS and other industry-specific quality standards Collaborate with QA QC teams to reduce non-conformities and rework Drive a culture of safety ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations 4 Engineering Technical Oversight Work closely with design and R D teams to support new product development Review and approve technical specifications and BOMs for pumps and systems Provide guidance for special-purpose pumps e g metering centrifugal dosing 5 Supply Chain Inventory Control Oversee procurement vendor management and inventory control processes Ensure raw material availability and manage lead times effectively Collaborate with logistics to meet customer dispatch timelines 6 Team Leadership HR Lead and mentor department heads Production QC Sales Engineering etc Drive employee performance motivation and training Manage workforce planning hiring and skill development initiatives 7 Financial Oversight Prepare and manage annual budgets including cost forecasting Control operating expenses and improve profit margins Generate regular financial and operational reports for management board 8 Customer Relations Business Development Support the sales team in key customer engagements and contract negotiations Resolve major customer issues or complaints related to delivery quality or service Identify new markets or product opportunities in the pump sector Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
