Job Title HR Recruiter Experience 3 Years Location Panchkula Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Panchkula The ideal candidate must have strong experience in IT and BPO recruitment and possess excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment for IT and BPO roles - from sourcing and screening to offerrollout and onboarding Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods including job portals Naukri Shine etc social media referrals and networking Screen resumes conduct preliminary interviews telephonic screening and assess candidates suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback Maintain strong pipelines for recurring requirements Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare weekly monthly hiring reports Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders Ensure a smooth and skilled candidate experience throughout the hiring process Required Skills and Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in HR or equivalent degree Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
