Sanat Realtors Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Account Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate accounting robust command over statutory compliance and the ability to lead a small finance team Key Responsibilities Oversee accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Handle TDS GST PF ESI filings and challans Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis Finalize balance sheets and coordinate audits Maintain accurate ledgers and journal entries Work with sales and operations for budget forecasting Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory standards Coordinate with external auditors and CAs Key Requirements Bachelor s or Master s in Commerce Finance Accounting Minimum 5 years of accounting experience preferably in real estate Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and basic ERP systems Strong knowledge of TDS GST PF ESI and other compliance Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 69 000 00 per month Work Location In person
