About the Role We are looking for a skilled creative and fast-paced Video Editor to join our in-house content production team This role will involve editing for brand campaigns social media content wellness-based webinars and long-form video content for YouTube and digital learning platforms The ideal candidate must have strong storytelling ability an aesthetic understanding of wellness communication and the agility to meet tight turnaround times Key Responsibilities 1 Edit and deliver short-form videos Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts Testimonials WhatsApp clips 2 Edit long-form content for YouTube digital courses and Edu-wellness webinars talks guided sessions etc 3 Create teasers highlight edits branded intros outros and motion text-based videos 4 Add subtitles text overlays transitions background scores voice tracks and visual effects where needed 5 Ensure on-brand tone pace and style across all video formats 6 Organize and maintain raw footage and project files basic colour correction and audio levelling 7 Collaborate closely with marketing design and content teams to meet brief-specific objectives 8 Deliver within stipulated timelines while being receptive to iterative feedback Requirements 2-4 years of proven experience in video editing for brands content creators or wellness platforms Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Final Cut Pro or equivalent video software Strong storytelling and visual sequencing ability - understanding what to retain cut and elevate Create basic level graphic animations or motion elements to enhance video storytelling where required Prior experience in editing for social-first platforms Instagram YouTube LinkedIn etc Basic knowledge of color grading audio clean-up frame composition and format export standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative setup High attention to detail and commitment to brand-aligned visual communication Preferred Qualifications Degree diploma in Film Editing Mass Communication Media Arts or equivalent creative field Experience working on wellness Ayurveda lifestyle or educational content is a strong plus Familiarity with Photoshop Illustrator or Canva for quick thumbnail or graphic edits A strong showreel or portfolio demonstrating versatility across short and long-form content is mandatory Job Type Full-time Pay From 50 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Thataguni Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Preferred Work Location In person
