Job Title Service Engineer Company Hexa Plast Industries Pvt Ltd Location Vatva GIDC Ahmedabad Gujarat Department Service Technical Support Reports To Service Manager Technical Head Experience 1-5 years Freshers with relevant technical background may also apply Employment Type Full Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Hexa Plast Industries Pvt Ltd a leading manufacturer of plastic testing equipment The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation maintenance calibration and troubleshooting of machines at customer sites ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Install commission and demonstrate plastic testing machines at customer locations Provide after-sales service support including troubleshooting mechanical electrical or electronic faults Conduct machine calibration performance verification and maintenance as per company standards Train customers on machine operation basic maintenance and safety protocols Prepare and maintain service reports customer feedback and documentation Coordinate with the production and design teams for machine-related technical queries Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain strong client relationships Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required Key Skills Requirements Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Electrical Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering Knowledge of plastic testing equipment or machinery preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic knowledge of PLC sensors motors and controllers is an advantage Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team Familiarity with MS Office and service report documentation Preferred Experience Experience in the plastic testing equipment industry or capital machinery sector Hands-on experience in servicing tensile testers MFI machines impact testers etc Compensation As per industry standards includes travel allowance and incentives based on performance Thanks Regards Khushbu - (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
