Roles and Responsibilities 1 Accurate Data Entry Enter and update data into internal systems spreadsheets and databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Maintain data integrity and ensure consistency across all records 2 System Proficiency Proficient in using Microsoft Excel Word and Google Sheets Capable of handling basic formulas formatting and data organization tasks efficiently 3 Document Preparation Management Prepare organize and manage both digital and physical documentation as required Assist in generating daily weekly reports and ensure proper filing of records 4 Inventory Monitoring Fruits Vegetables Check and verify the availability of fruits and vegetables in the store upon delivery Maintain proper inward and outward entry records for all incoming and outgoing products Ensure product stock levels are updated accurately and reported timely 5 Support to Office Staff Provide assistance to office staff in daily administrative and operational tasks Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow 6 Timeliness Responsibility Complete assigned duties within specified deadlines Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of all assigned work 7 Confidentiality Handle sensitive company information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality at all times Required Experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role Experience in handling large volumes of data and working in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in retail logistics or finance sectors is an advantage Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
