We are looking for a smart organized and motivated individual to join our e-commerce team This role involves managing day-to-day operations on Amazon handling customer queries processing orders and maintaining inventory accuracy Ideal for someone looking to build a career in the fast-growing e-commerce space Key Responsibilities Customer Support Amazon Respond promptly to customer messages queries and complaints on Amazon Seller Central Maintain high customer ratings and performance metrics Order Processing Management Monitor and process daily orders received on Amazon Other Platforms Coordinate with warehouse logistics teams for timely packing and dispatch Update order status and tracking information as required Inventory Listing Management Maintain accurate stock levels for Amazon listings Maintain the Inward and Outward dispatches of E Commerce Requirements Basic understanding of how Amazon Seller Central works training can be provided Good communication skills written and verbal in English and Hindi Comfortable using computers Excel Google Sheets and email Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude Preferred Qualifications Graduate or pursuing graduation 0-1 year of experience in e-commerce or customer service freshers welcome Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
