Req ID 352061 NTT DATA strives to hire exceptional innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us If you want to be part of an inclusive adaptable and forward-thinking organization apply now We are currently seeking a P C Insurance Business Analyst to join our team in Anywhere Karn taka IN-KA India IN Role Overview We are seeking experienced Senior Consultants with robust Property Casualty P C Insurance knowledge and advanced Business Analysis skills The role will support transformation programs product launches process optimization and technology initiatives across underwriting policy billing and claims domains The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise with hands on BA capabilities including process modeling requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder engagement Key Responsibilities 1 Business Analysis Requirements Capture Lead end to end business requirements gathering sessions with SMEs and stakeholders Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements BRDs FRDs user stories acceptance criteria Document target-state business processes rules and workflows across P C functional areas Ensure requirements are complete testable traceable and aligned to strategic program objectives 2 Process Modeling Optimization Create detailed as is and to be process flows using industry-standard modeling techniques e g BPMN Identify process gaps inefficiencies and opportunities for operational improvement Support design and implementation of streamlined business processes across underwriting policy servicing billing and claims 3 Industry Expertise -
