We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Resort Water Park The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment employee management payroll and posting jobs on various online job portals Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment sourcing screening and hiring staff Post job openings on online portals Indeed Naukri etc Maintain employee records attendance and leave registers Handle payroll and incentive calculations Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Support in staff training discipline and performance tracking Maintain a healthy and inspiring work environment Requirements Bachelor s degree in HR or related field 1-3 years of HR experience hospitality sector preferred Knowledge of online job portals and hiring platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
