Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various school-level positions including teaching and non-teaching staff The recruiter will play a key role in identifying qualified candidates maintaining talent pipelines and supporting the school s staffing needs while upholding institutional values and policies Key Responsibilities Understand staffing requirements across departments teaching administrative support Draft and publish job postings on various platforms online portals social media school website etc Source and screen candidates through applications referrals and recruitment drives Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with department heads for final rounds Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future staffing needs Schedule and coordinate demo classes trials as part of the selection process Assist in background verification and document collection of selected candidates Maintain recruitment records and generate regular hiring reports Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires Coordinate with academic heads and the Principal for manpower planning Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment experience in the education sector is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with job portals social media recruitment and school hiring practices Ability to multitask and manage recruitment timelines efficiently Knowledge of labor laws and school-specific compliance will be an added advantage Preferred Skills Attention to detail and high organizational skills Ability to assess candidate potential and cultural fit Proactive and approachable attitude Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
