We are seeking a talented and motivated RPA APA Developer to join our organisation In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and deploying end-to-end automation solutions that leverage both traditional Robotic Process Automation RPA and Advanced Process Automation APA capabilities You will work with leading automation platforms like UiPath Power Automate and Microsoft AI Builder to streamline complex business workflows by integrating automation artificial intelligence and human-in-the-loop interactions Key Responsibilities Work with teams to analyse and document business processes and identify automation opportunities across departments Design and implement APA workflows that combine RPA with AI ML tools such as OCR NLP sentiment analysis predictive analytics etc Develop automated solutions using Power Automate Cloud Desktop UiPath and Azure Logic Apps to optimize and orchestrate business processes Integrate automation solutions with third-party APIs databases and cloud services to build intelligent automation systems Build and deploy AI models using Microsoft AI Builder or similar platforms for document understanding form processing classification and more Monitor maintain and continuously improve bots and APA workflows for reliability and scalability Ensure that automation solutions adhere to governance compliance and security standards Provide clear documentation and training for end-users and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field preferred Minimum 2 years of work experience in automation development Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism Strong experience with APA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate AI Builder Power Apps or Azure Logic Apps Understanding of AI ML concepts cloud platforms Azure AWS API integration and workflow orchestration Good programming scripting knowledge in Python JavaScript or VB NET is a plus Excellent problem-solving documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform or UiPath Certifications Experience with low-code no-code platforms Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing IDP chatbots or virtual assistants Benefits Remote Work Work on cutting-edge automation and AI projects Exposure to enterprise automation strategy Supportive and cooperative team culture US Work hours Job Type Full-time Application Question s How many years of hands-on experience do you have with RPA tools such as UiPath Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism Do you have experience working with Advanced Process Automation tools Do you hold any relevant certifications e g UiPath Certified Developer Microsoft Power Platform Certification
