Job Summary The Lead Infrastructure Services is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining network infrastructure with a focus on firewall and data center technologies This role involves managing network security optimizing performance and providing high-level technical support Experience 4 years Key Responsibilities integration Design and Implementation Plan design and implement network infrastructure including firewalls and data center technologies Network Security Configure and manage firewalls Fortinet Checkpoint ensuring robust network security protocols are in place Troubleshooting Diagnose another d resolve complex network issues providing L2 support and escalating to higher tiers when necessary Performance Monitoring Monitor network performance identify bottlenecks and implement improvements Documentation Maintain detailed network documentation including configurations processes and procedures Collaboration Work closely with IT teams to ensure and operation of network systems Compliance Ensure network infrastructure complies with industry standard seamless s and regulatory requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field Experience Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on firewall and data center technologies Certifications Relevant certifications such as CCNP FCP CCSA or equivalent are preferred Skills Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls e g Checkpoint Fortinet Solid understanding of data center networking technologies Experience with network protocols e g OSPF BGP MPLS Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with network automation tools Knowledge of cloud networking e g AWS Azure Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques
