Role Overview The Project Architect will be responsible for design execution at site ensuring that all architectural aspects of the project are implemented as per approved designs drawings and quality standards The role requires continuous on-site involvement to supervise execution and maintain design integrity in luxury developments Key Responsibilities 1 Site-Based Design Execution Ensure implementation of architectural drawings and design intent at site Supervise on-site construction activities related to architecture Resolve site execution issues while maintaining design standards 2 Coordination Site Supervision Coordinate with contractors consultants and site engineers Ensure smooth execution across architectural structural and MEP teams Monitor execution progress and compliance with approved drawings 3 Quality Finishing Control Ensure execution quality aligns with luxury project standards Supervise finishing details and premium material application 4 Drawing Technical Coordination Review and implement architectural drawings and revisions at site Provide technical clarifications to contractors and site teams 5 Progress Timeline Monitoring Track execution progress and support timely completion Identify risks and execution gaps and propose solutions Job Expectations Strong knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing Experience in handling in office coordination and execution teams Key Skills Site execution and supervision Architectural detailing knowledge Contractor consultant coordination Quality control and finishing supervision Technical problem-solving at site Understanding of luxury project standards Minimum Qualification Master s degree in architecture Minimum Job Experience 5-10 years of experience in site execution of luxury residential township or high-rise projects Reporting to HOD Travel Yes required
