This Job is for Field Sales and you will be working from Home Location in Tamilnadu Experience Minimum 1-3 Years Preferably in Solar Industry Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field preferred Department Sales Reports To Sales Manager Business Development Manager Employment Type Full time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions The ideal candidate will have experience in sales preferably in the renewable energy sector excellent communication skills and a passion for clean energy You will play a key role in generating leads closing deals and driving revenue growth in solar rooftop installations Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling referrals field visits and networking Conduct site assessments and feasibility analysis for potential solar installations Present and explain solar solutions to residential and or commercial customers Prepare and deliver proposals quotations and presentations to clients Guide clients through the solar system selection and financing options Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support Stay updated on industry trends products pricing and regulations Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in sales experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel locally and work in a field sales environment Self-motivated enthusiastic and customer-oriented Compensation Benefits Competitive base salary commission structure Travel allowance or company vehicle Incentives for high performance Training and career development opportunities Health and other benefits as per company policy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Language Tamil Required Work Location In person
