We are looking for a competent and tech-savvy Tender Executive who can manage end-to-end tender operations handle government portals like GeM prepare BOQs work on Canva PPTs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time project deliveries The ideal candidate must have a Computer Science BSc IT background with basic knowledge of front-end back-end or AI concepts Key ResponsibilitiesTendering Documentation Handle Government tenders end-to-end including GeM e-procurement international portals and private RFPs Prepare BOQ price bids compliance sheets and technical proposals Upload catalogues product details documentation and respond to tender queries Interact with Govt officials for clarifications negotiations and meetings Maintain audit-ready records of all tender submissions and approvals Technical IT Skills Must have Computer Science BSc IT background Ability to understand product specifications related to AI IoT software and hardware Basic knowledge of frontend backend or AI tools preferred Assist in preparing technical documentation for AI IoT XR and other technology projects Presentation Reporting Create high-quality Canva presentations and Microsoft PPT decks Work with Excel for cost sheets budgeting and MIS reporting Prepare project trackers documentation and status reports Team Project Coordination Coordinate with engineering AI and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage small teams responsible for documentation procurement and project execution Support internal quality checks audits and process improvements Follow up with vendors internal teams and government departments Required Qualifications BSc BCA B Tech BSc Computer Science IT background mandatory 2-4 years of experience in Tendering GeM operations Technical documentation Proficiency in Canva MS Office Excel Word PPT Strong English communication and drafting skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting Comfortable visiting Govt departments when required Preferred Skills Knowledge of AI ML terminology basic coding concepts or IT project workflows Experience working in technology electronics AI or educational infrastructure companies Familiarity with auditing processes compliance documents and vendor management Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 11 419 57 - 33 833 16 per month Expected hours 24 per week Work Location In person
