Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to manage vendor payments expense verification and cost accounting activities in our manufacturing plant The role involves ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payables processing maintaining compliance with accounting standards and supporting factory cost analysis to enhance operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Handle the full cycle of Accounts Payable A P including invoice verification expense classification posting and payment processing Review and reconcile vendor statements ensuring all payables are accurate and recorded on time Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to verify GRN Goods Receipt Notes and purchase order matching Maintain accurate records of supplier advances debit notes and outstanding balances Assist in factory cost accounting by tracking material consumption labor and overhead allocation Support monthly and annual cost variance analysis and report to management Prepare aging reports payment forecasts and assist with internal external audits Ensure compliance with internal control policies tax requirements and statutory regulations GST TDS etc Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payables and cost control Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Cost Accounting in a manufacturing retail E-commerce setting Strong knowledge of invoice processing 3-way matching and cost allocation principles Proficiency in Tally SAP ERP systems and MS Excel Strong attention to detail analytical thinking and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Exposure to manufacturing plant accounting and inventory management systems Working knowledge of Indian taxation GST TDS and compliance processes What We Offer Opportunity to work in an international company with exposure to cross-border operations Supportive environment with potential for professional growth Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Ghansoli Navi Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your current annual CTC What is your expected CTC What is your notice period May I know if you have worked in e-commerce or any goods trading import-export related companies before Work Location In person
