Job Profile Accountant Role Overview The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial operations This position requires a highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records managing invoicing processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements This role demands proficiency in accounting software and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities - Financial Record Maintenance Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts including journal entries ledgers and trial balances - Invoicing and Documentation Manage the end-to-end invoicing process ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate - Financial Reporting Prepare Management Information System MIS reports and financial statements to support strategic decision-making - Tax Compliance Oversee GST and TDS filings ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements - Reconciliation Perform regular bank vendor and ledger reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy - Audit Support Assist in the preparation and execution of statutory and internal audits - Vendor Management Manage vendor accounts ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies - SAP Utilization Utilize SAP FI Module preferred for daily financial operations including posting and reconciliation tasks Qualifications - Educational Background Bachelor of Commerce B Com or equivalent degree in Accounting Finance - Experience Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations within a fast-paced organization - Software Proficiency Strong working knowledge and practical experience with SAP FI Module preferred Tally ERP systems and MS Excel - Accounting Principles Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices Skills and Competencies - Analytical Mindset Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making - Attention to Detail Disciplined accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting - Collaborative Work Ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment - Problem-Solving Skills Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a timely manner - Communication Skills Robust verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
