About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Academic Counsellor to guide mentor and support students enrolled in our Digital Marketing programs The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to provide academic and career-related guidance to students Key Responsibilities Student Counselling Support Serve as the primary point of contact for students pursuing Digital Marketing courses Provide academic counseling guide students with course selections and support them throughout their learning journey Address student queries concerns and challenges in a timely and effective manner Mentor students on career pathways certifications and skill development in digital marketing Oversee student onboarding orientation sessions assessments and progress tracking Ensure smooth coordination between students faculty and academic operations teams Maintain strong relationships with students to ensure high satisfaction and retention Required Skills Qualifications Solid knowledge of Digital Marketing fundamentals and industry trends Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple student cases and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational and coordination abilities Experience in an educational institution is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
