We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Solar Engineer EPC to join our Projects team in Karnataka In this role you should lead the engineering and execution of utility-scale solar projects You should work closely with our design site and vendor teams to make sure every project is delivered on time safely and to the highest quality standards Responsibilities Engineering Design Coordination Review and validate engineering documents such as layouts SLDs BOQs and structural drawings Work with design consultants EPC contractors and internal teams to optimize system design Ensure all designs follow national and international standards CEA IS IEC etc Review PVsyst simulations energy yield reports and performance studies Project Execution Supervise daily site activities foundations module structures cabling and Installation Ensure work is completed safely on schedule and as per approved drawings and quality standards Lead daily and weekly progress meetings and report updates to management Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure material availability and timely completion Vendor Procurement Support Evaluate vendors and review technical submissions Approve vendor drawings and documentation Track material delivery schedules and assist in inspections Documentation Compliance Prepare daily progress and inspection reports Liaise with local DISCOM and government authorities for project clearances Support the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documents Qualifications Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering 5 years of total experience with at least 4 years in Solar EPC utility-scale projects Strong understanding of solar plant design electrical systems and field execution Proficiency in English Hindi Tamil Malayalam Proficiency in AutoCAD PVsyst and MS Office tools Familiarity with SCADA WMS and Remote monitoring systems Experience in working with DISCOM Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities Job Type Full time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
