Job Profile Store Executive Company Urbanite Luggage Pvt Ltd Location Urbanite Unit I Satyabhama Sankul Wadala Pathardi Road Besides Kalika Petroleum Services Vinay Nagar Nashik Maharashtra Urbanite Unit II Serve No 89 5 8th Miles opposite to Divya Marathi News Press At Post Vilholi Maharashtra 422010 Job Type Full time About Us Urbanite Luggage Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing soft luggage manufacturer headquartered in Nashik Maharashtra We are trusted by leading brands such as VIP Industries Flipkart-Metronaut Arctic Fox and Nasher Miles With two manufacturing units and a workforce of 150 employees we produce high-quality duffle trolleys upright soft luggage backpacks and travel accessories at scale As one of the few CSD-certified soft luggage manufacturers in India we take pride in our quality reliability and innovation Alongside our strong B2B partnerships we are now building our own consumer-facing brands to capture India s rapidly growing luggage market Key Responsibilities Receiving Inspection Receive incoming materials inspect for quality and quantity and store them in their designated locations Inventory Control Conduct regular inventory checks and stock counts to maintain accurate records Stock Organization Restock shelves promptly and ensure all materials products are well-organized and easily accessible Stock Monitoring Monitor daily stock levels and inform the Purchase Department immediately of any shortages Store Maintenance Maintain cleanliness orderliness and the overall visual appeal of the store area Rejected Material Reporting Record and report all rejected or damaged materials to the Purchase Department on a daily basis Production Support Review the daily production plan and prepare the required material kits in advance for smooth production flow System Updation Update all Material In and Material Out entries in Tally ERP on a daily basis to ensure accurate tracking Required Qualification Skills 1 Educational Qualification - Minimum 12th Graduate Diploma in Commerce Supply Chain or Warehouse Management B Com BBA Diploma in Material Management preferred - Basic knowledge of Inventory Control and Store Operations 2 Technical Skills - Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel - Understanding of Material Inward Outward documentation - Knowledge of basic accounting entries and stock reconciliation 3 Experience - One to three years of experience in Store Warehouse Material Handling manufacturing industry preferred - Experience in inventory management and coordination with Purchase Production Departments 4 Key Competencies - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry -Good communication and coordination skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Integrity and accountability in handling company material - Ability to work independently and support production schedules - Compensation Benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Experience Tally 1 year Preferred Store management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
