About the Company Social Refuel is an Event and Media Management company delivering impactful on-ground experiences and strategic digital narratives across music lifestyle sports corporate and IP-based events Job Summary We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor Intern to join our team for a 6-month full time internship This role is ideal for someone eager to build hands-on experience in editing high-quality video content for marketing digital and social media platforms while exploring AI-powered video editing tools to enhance speed creativity and workflow Key Responsibilities Assist in editing raw footage into engaging and impactful videos Support color correction and basic color grading to enhance visual quality Edit and enhance audio including background music sound effects and noise reduction Add text subtitles transitions and basic motion graphics to videos Format and optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios YouTube Instagram Reels Shorts etc Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand briefs and incorporate feedback Use AI-powered tools to speed up editing workflows auto-captions reframing cleanup etc Stay updated with emerging video trends and AI editing technologies for 2025-2026 Skills Qualifications Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects or similar tools Interest in AI-powered video editing tools including AI transcription and text-based editing Automatic color and audio enhancement tools Background removal and smart masking tools AI auto-reframing for multi-platform content Basic understanding of storytelling pacing and visual flow Good attention to detail and willingness to learn through feedback Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Good to Have Understanding of social-media-first video formats Reels Shorts vertical edits Basic graphic design knowledge using Canva Photoshop or Illustrator A portfolio or sample edits college projects personal work or passion projects Internship Details Duration 6 months Type Full-time on-site Hands-on exposure to live events artist content and real brand campaigns Job Types Full-time Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 6 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
