About Sonar Conectar Sonar Conectar is an experiential design company that transforms spaces into engaging experiences We specialize in mall space dcor gamification branding and corporate events crafting immersive environments that connect people With creative strategy and meticulous design we bring imagination to life through impactful installations and interactive experiences Our goal to make every moment truly connect Role Overview Were looking for a proactive detail-oriented and people-loving HR Recruiter to join our growing team Your main focus will be on end-to-end recruitment Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening shortlisting interviewing and onboarding Understand hiring needs by coordinating with department heads Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems ATS Track and report recruitment metrics and dashboards Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit Handle offer rollouts negotiation and pre-boarding formalities Support HR initiatives employee engagement activities and internal communications Maintain HR documentation employee records attendance and performance evaluation tracking Ensure compliance with company policies recruitment standards and labor laws Requirements MBA in Human Resources or related discipline 3-5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in events media or creative industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ATS tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative and collaborative environment Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
