JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a skilled and proactive IBM TM1 Support Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Planning Analytics and be capable of managing support incidents delivering enhancements and contributing to release management processes Experience with PrecisionView is a plus JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day-to-day support for IBM Planning Analytics TM1 including Planning Analytics Workspace PAW TM1 Web and Planning Analytics for Excel PAfE Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents in a timely manner Deliver system enhancements and ensure smooth implementation Participate in release management activities including planning testing and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Maintain documentation related to support processes and enhancement delivery JOB QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics TM1 Proficiency in PAW TM1 Web and PAfE Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with incident resolution and enhancement delivery Familiarity with release management practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills
