Job Role- Placement Coordinator Experience 6 months - 1 year Qualification Bachelor s degree in Engineering AI ML Cybersecurity Data Science Computer Science or related fields About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to support and enhance our student placement initiatives The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring partners especially within technology domains such as AI ML Cybersecurity and related emerging fields Key Responsibilities 1 Placement Operations Coordination Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including scheduling interviews managing recruitment drives and tracking student participation Assist in planning organizing and executing campus placement programs job fairs and employer engagement events Maintain accurate databases of student profiles company requirements and placement statistics 2 Industry Employer Engagement Connect with companies in AI ML Cybersecurity Data Science Software Development and other tech domains to explore placement opportunities Develop and sustain professional relationships with HR representatives and hiring managers Share student portfolios and recommend suitable candidates based on employer needs 3 Student Support Training Guide students on resume preparation interview readiness and career pathways in advanced technology fields Conduct or coordinate pre-placement talks mock interviews and skill-building workshops Mentor students to improve employability skills and industry alignment 4 Data Reporting Prepare regular reports on placement progress drive outcomes and recruitment analytics Maintain compliance with internal policies and ensure transparency in the placement process Collect feedback from students and employers for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Engineering AI ML Cybersecurity Computer Science IT Data Science or related specialization 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in placement coordination training development HR or academic support roles Good understanding of technology career paths and industry requirements in advanced engineering domains Excellent communication interpersonal and networking skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Google Workspace and basic data management tools Preferred Skills Optional Familiarity with applicant tracking systems ATS or placement management software Experience engaging with tech companies or startups Basic understanding of AI ML tools cybersecurity frameworks or coding concepts added advantage Key Attributes Proactive and student-centric mindset Professional conduct and reliable follow-through Team player with problem-solving abilities Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 32 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
