Key Responsibilities Oversee all factory operations including production procurement quality control and maintenance to meet production targets Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations specific to rubber manufacturing Manage staffing recruit train and support factory employees for optimal performance and safety adherence Monitor and improve production processes to minimize downtime and control costs including equipment maintenance scheduling Coordinate with supply chain for materials availability and production scheduling ensuring timely delivery Maintain production records and prepare reports for senior management regarding performance issues and improvements Required Skills and Qualifications Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Rubber Technology or related manufacturing discipline Proven experience typically 5 years in rubber manufacturing or related industry in a leadership or managerial role Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and cross-departmental coordination Sound knowledge of rubber processing techniques equipment and quality control standards Ability to analyze production data troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvements Additional Details Responsible for cost management and budget control within the factory Ensure adherence to all factory safety protocols and legal requirements Engage with external vendors and manage outsourcing activities related to production Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Work Location In person
