Field Executive In-charge Hyderabad Position Overview The Field Executive Incharge is responsible for managing field operations related to sample collection logistics coordination customer service and partner engagement for the pathology laboratory The role ensures timely and accurate pickup of samples effective coordination with phlebotomists and collection centers compliance with quality standards and smooth operational functioning in the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Field Operations Coordination - Supervise daily field activities including sample pickup transportation and handover to the processing laboratory - Allocate routes and duties to field executives bikers and phlebotomists - Monitor sample timelines to ensure adherence to TAT Turnaround Time - Ensure proper handling and packaging of biological samples as per NABL guidelines Personnel Supervision - Lead train and support field staff to improve productivity and service quality - Conduct regular field audits performance reviews and on-ground assessments - Manage attendance shift planning and discipline of field personnel Partner Client Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals collection centers and corporate clients - Resolve field-related issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and support requirements Compliance Quality Assurance - Ensure all safety protocols biohazard transportation norms and regulatory requirements are followed - Maintain documentation related to field operations logistics and quality - Ensure that field processes meet NABL ICMR and organizational standards Expense Verification Reimbursements - Review and verify all expenses submitted by the logistics team field executives including fuel tolls maintenance and route-related costs - Ensure expenses are valid supported with proper bills and aligned with company policies - Share approved and verified expenses with the HR Payroll team for timely reimbursement - Maintain monthly Expense MIS and highlight any discrepancies or unusual claims Reporting Documentation - Prepare daily weekly MIS reports including sample volumes delays field staff performance and route efficiency - Track fuel usage vehicle maintenance and logistic costs - Identify gaps and propose process improvements for operational efficiency Skills Competencies - Robust leadership and people management skills - Good understanding of medical logistics sample handling and pathology workflows - Excellent communication and customer-service orientation - Ability to handle field challenges multitask and work under pressure - Proficiency in MS Excel MIS reporting and route planning tools - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - High integrity with strong attention to detail while verifying expenses Qualifications Experience - Graduate in any discipline Science background preferred - 2-5 years of experience in field operations preferably in healthcare diagnostics pathology or logistics - Experience in managing field teams is highly desirable - Two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
