About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant with a strong command of Excel and logical reasoning skills The ideal candidate should have a reasonable understanding of financial management preferably in e-commerce You will be responsible for overseeing financial processes related to various e-commerce platforms Key Responsibilities Data Analysis Reporting Deploy Excel skills to track analyze and report financial data ensuring all figures are accurate and compliant Financial Management Oversee and manage financial transactions related to sales and refunds on e-commerce platforms Amount Transfers Handle transfers of amounts between original payments and replacements ensuring accuracy in the reconciliation of accounts Reconciliation Ensure the correct processing of payments refunds and adjustments on the platform Problem-Solving Address discrepancies or issues related to transactions working with both the e-commerce platform and internal teams to resolve them Required Skills and Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce BCom or a related field Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP pivot tables etc Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Attention to Detail High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial records Communication Skills Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Adaptability Ability to handle dynamic financial data including changes in payment structures refunds and replacements Preferred Skills Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is advantageous Personal Attributes Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic Job Type Full time Pay 280 000 00 - 360 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
