Key Responsibilities1 Marketplace Reconciliation Reconcile orders payments returns and commissions from platforms such as Amazon Flipkart Meesho Shopify etc Verify settlement reports and ensure accurate entries in accounting systems Track pending payments short payments and raise claims disputes whenever required 2 Payment Gateway Accounting Handle reconciliation for Razorpay Paytm and other gateways Match daily transactions with bank statements Identify payment failures chargebacks and discrepancies 3 Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Zoho Books or any other ERP Record invoices purchase bills expense entries credit notes and journal vouchers Manage vendor payments and ensure timely payouts 4 GST Compliance Prepare and validate GST input output reports Ensure accurate filing of GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and reconciliation with books Manage TDS deductions and maintain compliance records 5 Inventory Costing Coordinate with the operations team to reconcile physical stock vs system stock Maintain consumption reports costing sheets and purchase summaries 6 Financial Reporting Prepare monthly P L sale summaries marketplace profitability reports Analyze expenses margins commissions and provide actionable insights Assist in audits with documentation and supporting reports 7 Internal Coordination Work closely with operations marketplace and finance teams Ensure smooth communication and timely sharing of financial data Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce B Com or related field 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting preferred Robust knowledge of Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Table Data Cleaning Understanding of marketplace dashboards and settlement reports Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work from home Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Business development 5 years Preferred total work 5 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
