Swarnaganga Jewellers a trusted jewellery retail brand with outlets in Nerul and Kharghar is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and manage our complete marketing operations The candidate will work closely with our digital agency and in-store teams to drive footfall manage campaigns and strengthen our brand presence Key Responsibilities 1 Marketing Strategy Planning Develop monthly and seasonal marketing plans Plan promotional campaigns for gold diamond polki jewellery Coordinate with management for target setting and campaign approvals 2 Digital Coordination Work with our digital marketing agency Share daily product photos videos for content creation Approve creatives monitor ads and track online lead generation Review weekly performance reports 3 In-Store Marketing Visit Nerul Kharghar stores regularly Manage branding display visuals and product highlights Plan in-store offers festive promotions and customer engagement activities Ensure all marketing materials banners standees flyers are updated 4 Photoshoot Content Management Plan jewellery photoshoots model product flat lay Coordinate with photographers editors influencers Maintain organised content library 5 Event Exhibition Marketing Lead marketing activities for our instore and outdoor exhibitions Manage VIP guest lists invitations and event promotions Coordinate decor creatives photographers and on-ground branding 6 Reporting Analysis Weekly reports on footfall leads digital performance ROI Maintain marketing budget and vendor payments Competitor research local market insights Required Skills Robust understanding of digital offline marketing Experience with jewellery or retail marketing preferred Good communication coordination skills Ability to manage agencies vendors creatives Proficiency in Canva Photoshop basic editing Excel Meta Ads bonus Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Commerce MBA PGDM in Marketing preferred not mandatory 3-6 years of experience in marketing Jewellery preferred Why Join Us Work with a growing premium jewellery brand High ownership role with real impact Opportunity to plan major exhibitions marketing campaigns Friendly work environment and strong management support Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
