Role Overview We are looking for a Furniture Designer cum Store Executive who can combine design expertise with excellent client communication skills The role involves understanding client needs developing design concepts and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the production team Key Responsibilities Furniture Design Create design concepts sketches or 3D visuals based on client requirements Recommend materials finishes and design options aligned with customer preferences Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and high quality Customer Interaction Communication Engage with walk-in clients understand their needs and explain suitable design solutions Communicate design details timelines and processes clearly to clients Provide updates and ensure client queries are addressed promptly and professionally Maintain accurate client records and follow up through project completion Coordination Store Support Act as the link between clients designers and the operations production team Assist with store presentations displays and sample arrangements Support procurement decisions for finishes and materials as required Requirements Degree Diploma in Furniture Design Interior Design related field 2-4 years of experience in furniture design or client-facing design roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in design software AutoCAD SketchUp or similar Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creative and practical aspects of design Customer service mindset with professionalism in client handling What We Offer Competitive salary Chance to work closely with clients on bespoke design-led projects A collaborative and creative environment with room for growth Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Fresher Contractual Temporary Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
