The Cosmetic Manufacturing Person is responsible for producing assembling and packaging cosmetic products in compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards This role involves operating equipment mixing ingredients monitoring production processes and ensuring products meet company specifications and industry regulations such as Positive Manufacturing Practices GMP Key Responsibilities Production Operations Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment e g mixers filling machines or packaging lines Measure weigh and mix raw materials according to product formulations and batch records Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of cosmetic products Perform line setups changeovers and cleaning of equipment to prevent contamination Quality Control Inspect products for defects consistency and adherence to specifications e g color texture fragrance Conduct basic quality tests such as pH or viscosity checks as required Report any deviations or issues to supervisors and document findings Packaging and Labeling Package finished products into containers tubes or bottles ensuring proper sealing and labeling Verify labels for accuracy including ingredient lists batch numbers and expiration dates Prepare products for shipping or storage following proper handling procedures Safety and Compliance Follow Good Manufacturing Practices GMP safety protocols and standard operating procedures SOPs Handle chemicals and raw materials safely using personal protective equipment PPE as required Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to prevent contamination Documentation and Reporting Record production data such as batch numbers quantities and equipment logs Report production metrics and any issues to supervisors or quality assurance teams Assist in maintaining inventory records for raw materials and finished goods Team Collaboration Work closely with quality control R D and packaging teams to ensure smooth production workflows Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve processes and stay updated on regulations Qualifications and Skills Education High school diploma or equivalent some roles may require a technical degree or certification in manufacturing chemistry or a related field Experience Prior experience in manufacturing preferably in cosmetics pharmaceuticals or food production is a plus but not always required Skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Basic math and measurement skills for handling formulations Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Robust communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of GMP FDA regulations or other industry standards preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods lift moderate weights e g 25-50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Comfort working in a controlled environment with exposure to chemicals with proper PPE Work Environment Work is typically performed in a manufacturing facility or clean room environment May involve exposure to chemicals fragrances or allergens requiring adherence to safety protocols Shift work including evenings or weekends may be required depending on production schedules Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Faridabad Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Candidate should have experience in Cosmetics Industry Candidate should have experience in producing assembling and packaging cosmetic products in compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards Candidate should have experience in GMP FDA regulations or other industry standards Candidate should have experience in Conduct basic quality tests such as pH or viscosity checks as required Candidate need to work in Sector 27 A Faridabad Haryana 121003 Experience cosmetics 5 years Required Production management 5 years Required Quality management 5 years Required Location Faridabad Haryana Required Willingness to travel 100 Required Work Location In person
