Job Overview We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller cum Receptionist to handle front desk operations manage incoming calls and support the sales marketing team through outbound calling The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality excellent communication skills a professional attitude and the ability to multitask effectively Key Responsibilities Handle incoming phone calls and greet walk-in visitors in a courteous and professional manner Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation follow-ups and appointment scheduling Maintain and update client databases call logs and visitor records Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support business development activities Manage reception area - ensuring it is clean organized and welcoming Respond promptly to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department Assist management with day-to-day office operations when required Requirements Education Minimum 12th pass graduate preferred Experience 0-2 years of experience in telecalling front office or customer service roles Skills Excellent verbal and written communication English Punjabi and Hindi local language preferred Good telephone etiquette and presentation Basic computer knowledge MS Office Excel email handling Pleasant personality and professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure Preferred Experience in sales calling or client coordination will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Education Bachelor s Required Experience Telecalling 1 year Required Work Location In person
