Job Summary We are seeking a energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service productive operations high food quality standards and staff productivity while meeting financial goals Key Responsibilities Operations Service Management Supervise daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and where required back-of-house coordination Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally Monitor dining room setup cleanliness ambiance and service flow Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service Staff Management Hire train and manage front-of-house staff waiters hosts bartenders etc Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations Motivate staff to achieve high service standards and team performance Financial Inventory Control Monitor daily sales control costs and ensure profitability Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting Oversee inventory stock levels and ordering of supplies Reduce wastage and ensure efficient use of resources Compliance Standards Ensure compliance with health safety hygiene and licensing regulations Maintain high standards of food safety HACCP cleanliness and guest satisfaction Enforce restaurant policies and procedures Marketing Promotion Work with marketing team or management on promotional activities events and customer loyalty programs Handle online reviews reservations and guest feedback platforms Google Zomato TripAdvisor etc Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager 2-5 years Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Knowledge of restaurant operations POS systems and basic accounting Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle pressure professionally Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration Experience in fine-dining or high-volume restaurant environments Familiarity with health safety regulations and food handling practices Basic knowledge of marketing and social media engagement for restaurants Job Type Full-time Pay 32 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
