Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations compliance and reporting The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation and financial controls along with the ability to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in all financial records Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Reporting Prepare and finalize financial statements including balance sheet profit loss account and other statutory reports Calculate and monitor Gross Profit GP and Net Profit NP on a regular basis Maintain and monitor expense records for cost control and budget adherence Prepare weekly sales and purchase history reports for management review Ensure timely checking and dispatch of invoices through courier Compliance Taxation Manage TDS TCS payments and returns ensuring timely compliance Handle GST compliances including GSTR-1 Outward Supply GSTR-3B and annual GST filings Oversee advance tax computation and deposit as per regulations Collect and issue TDS TCS certificates within statutory timelines Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit and income tax filing Banking External Coordination Maintain bank-related compliance including interest certificates and reconciliations Liaise with external parties such as banks auditors and consultants as required Management Internal Controls Prepare and update cost control sheets and track deviations Monitor export sales management and prepare periodic reports Implement financial controls to minimize errors and maintain compliance Ensure all statutory and internal deadlines are consistently met Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance Professional certifications CA Inter CA MBA Finance preferred Proven experience 3-5 years in accounting taxation and compliance Strong knowledge of GST TDS TCS Income Tax and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Advanced Excel Robust analytical organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Education Bachelor s Required Experience Taxation 1 year Required total work 1 year Required Language English Required License Certification Tally Required Work Location In person
