Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of accounting principles and practices including GAAP and will be proficient in various accounting software This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance with regulations and providing insightful financial analysis to support our organization s goals Duties Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including invoice processing and collections Perform general ledger accounting tasks including journal entries and account reconciliations Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and prepare financial reports for management review Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning Provide technical accounting guidance on SOX compliance governmental accounting and non-profit accounting as needed Mentor junior staff members in accounting practices and software usage Prepare regulatory reports in accordance with applicable laws including securities law Conduct audits to ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Quicken PeopleSoft Sage Xero or similar tools for efficient financial management Experience Proven experience in corporate accounting or public accounting roles is preferred Strong knowledge of financial concepts including accrual accounting cash flow analysis and financial management Familiarity with tax regulations and experience in tax preparation is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes Experience with private equity or financial services is advantageous Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights through financial report writing The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment If you are passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to our organization s success we encourage you to apply Tally knowledge required Excel knowledge required Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
