Job Summary The Human Resources Manager oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition employee relations performance management training and development compliance and HR operations This role plays a key part in shaping company culture aligning HR strategy with business goals and ensuring a motivated high-performing workforce Key Responsibilities 1 Strategic HR Management Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization s overall business objectives Advise senior management on HR policies workforce planning and organizational structure Drive employee engagement culture-building and retention strategies 2 Recruitment Talent Acquisition Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet business needs Partner with department heads to forecast manpower requirements 3 Performance Management Design and implement effective performance management systems Coordinate annual performance appraisals and support continuous feedback processes Identify and nurture high-potential employees for succession planning 4 Employee Relations Engagement Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure fair employee relations Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution Plan and execute engagement programs recognition activities and employee surveys 5 Learning Development Identify training needs and create annual training calendars Coordinate workshops seminars and skill enhancement programs Measure training effectiveness and employee skill progression 6 HR Operations Administration Maintain accurate HR records HRIS data and documentation Manage payroll coordination attendance and leave management Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes 7 Compliance Policy Management Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and company policies Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures Prepare HR reports audits and documentation as required by law Qualifications Skills Master s Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role Solid leadership communication and interpersonal skills Excellent knowledge of HR practices labor laws and employment regulations Strategic thinking problem-solving and decision-making abilities Job Type Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
