Location Mumbai India Experience 1-3 Years We are looking for a passionate BIM Modeler with expertise in Revit and on-site coordination to join our dynamic team in Mumbai The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality BIM models and working closely with site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects Key Responsibilities Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for Architecture Structure or MEP Coordinate with on-site teams to validate models with actual site conditions Assist in clash detection and resolve design discrepancies with project engineers Produce drawings schedules and detailed documentation from BIM models Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project workflows Requirements 1-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture Structure MEP Experience in site coordination and construction workflows Robust understanding of BIM processes detailing and documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Type Full-time Pay 31 251 58 - 57 209 99 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
